I bring a layer of curiosity to all I do. Staying curious is a gift of continuous learning. It is wonderful to have a cross-section of knowledge on diverse topics, but the real value is seeing how it is all inter-related. I bring those pieces together.

My purpose – to use all my experiences and knowledge to create experiences so that you feel empowered and confident.
When working with me, you will experience:
  • Deep, compassionate honesty

  • A dependable ally

  • Creative problem-solving

  • Laughter, as it is the best unifier

With more than 20 years experience in the corporate world, ranging from multi-national companies to start-ups, with periods of intense growth, of company mergers, and of downsizing, Red Blaze applies best practices based on first-hand knowledge.

On a Personal Note…

Being from Saskatchewan, where hard work and practical solutions are part of every day, then mix with my formal education and you get an engineer who will find a creative way to solve problems with long-lasting solutions.

I don’t forget about the biggest piece to any solution – people. I’ve always been a people observer. As an only child, it was practically a hobby. After years of practise, I’m amazing at reading people. This has only sharpened after learning my son is Autistic.

He is amazing. With him and for him, I’ve learned how to slow down and be in the moment. Most importantly, he’s taught me how to really see people for the messy bundles of humanness we all are.

Who am I? I’m an engineer with a creative flare that leans toward the practical and with an eye for the humanity.

Look for the good in this world. You will see it.
